Olivier de Closmadeuc

Olivier de Closmadeuc has been working as a composer and sound designer for over 15 years.

He produces for film, television, theatre and advertising. Between 2007 and 2016, he created the group Vicky Banjo with Victoria Bedos, for which he composed the music. Building up on this adventure the feature film “Vicky” was established for which Olivier directed the soundtrack (Dir. Denis Imbert, with Francois Bérléand, Chantal Lauby, Jonathan Cohen, Benjamin Biolay. Production Gaumont).

Olivier also wrote the soundtrack for the two seasons of the “Gym Couine” series for the June channel (Silex Films production).

He further composes advertising music for luxury brands (Cartier, Chanel, de Fursac, etc.), as well as for Blindspot directed by Christopher Thompson for the Fête du Cinéma in 2016 (“La vie, c’est pas du cinema”, with Ramzy Bedia, Mathilde Seigner, Julie Depardieu, Aïssa Maïga.) More recently he has finished the soundtrack of "Bande de skateuses", by Marion Desquenne, a 90-minute documentary, broadcasted in March 2022 Canal + Kids (Flair Production).
